What wood did you use? Or it doesn’t make much difference??
HATE THE MUSIC!!!!! So I dind't watch the whole video!!
That's okay. I'll just pay the $5 and buy them online.
The "hanging up " concept It is a great tip , thank you.
Πολυ ωραία κατασκευή !!!!να είσαι καλά Γιαννης
Great do you still use it?
Who template
Brilliant. Thanks for sharing.
Brilliant idea! You showed the process really well. I will try this, and I might try with a hickory handle (replacement handle for a hammer). I think that would be really beautiful and work well. I also have eucalyptus branches, the wood is really dense and hard, might try those too. Thank you so much for sharing this!
I don't spose anyone told trashy white dudes what the biohazard symbol actually means
Just bought a dremel. I was thinking "oh I could make one of these on the lathe". Lmao, then I realized the dremel is the mini lathe.
Use a hole cutter and cut out a plug from a chunk of oak or walnut. Won't need to "round it out" and can get in much larger sizes.
When building it for a drillpress you can go this way. For a dremel you need a small size center hole and small overall diameter. The small size makes it much more easy to use on small workpieces with tight radius.
@@gekooncrete2183 Use a 1" or 1.5" hole cutter in 1" lumber would meet those requirements I think. Just another option.
Excellent Master 🤝🔩⚙️🛠️⚡
That is 👍
this is the best method because it's very efficient in making many drums
The etching of the knife is oxidation of the iron atoms off the knife making them ions. Cool thing to do is before taking off the tape, reverse polarities on the knife and cotton swab (switch red and black clamps). Then go over the etch again and you will permanently blacken it as you reduce the iron ions back to an oxide inside the etch you just made. I've done this and it works great.
Been better if you would have talked through the process instead of playing music.

My sons have an old set of K’Nex toys. There was a wheel that worked perfectly for burnishing. I just had to run a bolt through the hole in it. Great video!
Absolutely awesome!
:O wow. i was just taking a break from 109 degree heat in the garage from burnishing a holster and thought, i wonder if my dremmel could work somehow to burnish? Then I find this magnificient solution!

Exellent video, really funny to watch. When I read "Homemade Tumbler ( cheap & easy )" and the video lasted only 2 min, I had to give it an insta like
that was very awesome bro..nice work
Is this water you put on the leather? Thanks for answearing !
eviva tou skulou!!
So simple. Thank you for this tip 😊
Do the layers of leather spin as one with only the pressure of being held between the two washers. Another video shows the layers glued together with Titebond glue. I have reservations about the glue between the layers being part of what is honing my tools. I was thinking of contact cementing the layers within a 1/4-1/2” of the outter edge of the disc. Any input would be helpful. What you built seems to work well…maybe no glue needed…
Used 3m cubitron belts for steel and its been amazing. JACKPOT
Brilliant 👍 thank you
Please give an explanation of what you used to make these sanding drums!
Did you use resin?
Complinebti, bella mano. Anch'io uso acciaio da dischi di sega...
